*Relief Sculpture*
Relief offers the qualities of both 2-D and 3-D working methods.
Ultimately it is also an illusion of roundness as it is in fact
flattened and compressed.
Therefore it is like painting.
And yet the
nuances of all forms are modeled.
Thus it is also sculpture.
